You're not broken — you're overwhelmed, exhausted, and looking for relief.
If you're struggling to get out of bed, fighting off another spiral of anxious thoughts, or feeling like therapy alone just isn’t cutting it anymore, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure this out by yourself.
This in-person Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Bluffton, SC was created for adults who are high-functioning enough to look like they’re “holding it together” — but are silently drowning inside.
You might be here because:
-
You’ve hit a wall with individual therapy
-
You feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break
-
You’re cycling through emotional highs and lows that leave you drained
-
You’ve lost your sense of self in relationships, work, or caregiving roles
-
You’re coping in ways that don’t feel sustainable — or safe
You don’t have to wait until things get worse to get help.
What Is IOP?
IOP is a structured, therapeutic group experience designed to support you more intensively than weekly therapy, but without the need for inpatient treatment. You’ll attend group sessions 3 times a week, alongside others who get it — and who are committed to doing the work too.
This program integrates DBT-informed tools, psychoeducation, process work, and skill-building in a warm, compassionate environment.
You’ll leave with:
-
Healthier coping strategies for anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm
-
Clarity around boundaries and how to hold them
-
A deeper connection to your own voice and choices
-
A sense of community, belonging, and relief

Why In-Person Matters
Virtual therapy can be powerful — but showing up in person changes everything. This program is designed to get you out of bed, dressed, and into a healing space where transformation happens face-to-face.
-
You won’t be just a name on a screen. You’ll be seen, supported, and encouraged — with real-time connection and community.
-
Our cozy Bluffton office offers a safe, confidential space that fosters healing in ways a screen simply can’t.
A Word for Therapists & Referring Providers
This IOP is designed to be a collaborative extension of your client’s care — not a replacement for it.
Clients can attend this program while continuing individual therapy or return to your practice afterward with increased stability and insight. Stephanie Jacobs, LPC will coordinate care and keep communication open and supportive.
